The earphones open and close very easily, and the sound quality is great; my ears don't hurt even after wearing them for several hours.

Difficult to tell if these are bone conduction, but the speakers are alongside the ear rather than over the ear.



Volume is a little low, i had to crank to full when exercising indoors on a cross trainer so may not be suitable for a noisy environment, or running outside.



I found the band round the back of the head a little irritating when trying to wipe off sweat but it may just be something you get used to.
